Shipping & delivery

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification email with your shipment tracking number that will keep you updated with the progress of your delivery. 

Haven’t received a tracking number? Get in touch with us at support@highonpowder.com and we will get back to you with an update.

In most cases, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping and delivery dates aren’t guaranteed unless otherwise stated. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch email notification and a tracking number, the tracking number will provide an estimated date of delivery when available. 

If you haven’t received a dispatch notification or haven’t received a tracking number send us an email at support@highonpowder.com and we can look into it further!

When you place your order you will receive an email confirmation from High on Powder containing a link to your invoice.

High on Powder ships items all over the globe, to reduce delivery times and shipping costs for our customers we stock stock items from various lines outside of the UK. Because of this it is common for items to be dispatched from different locations.

Don’t worry, all the epic items you have ordered will be soon making their way to you. Any questions get in touch with us at support@highonpowder. We will be happy to help! 

Damn right! If you spend over £75 (GBP) in a single order you will receive free delivery on your order! 

This is automatically applied at the checkout, but if you are having any issues with this please reach out to us at support@highonpowder.com

Returns & exchanges

Of course, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All items can be returned if they are unworn and returned in their original packaging. 

Unfortunately delivery charges are non-refundable. If you have returned an item for a refund it will be for the item price listed on your invoice.

All shipments outside of the UK will be subject to tariffs, duties, value-added tax (VAT). Customs charges, duties and tariffs are not included in our shipping charges. 

If you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, High on Powder will refund the cost of the product after charging for the shipping and any additional fees required to return the package to us. 

If more information is required this can be obtained from your local customs office. 

Once your item has been returned to HOP HQ and has been checked over by our team we will issue your refund.

Please allow 2-3 working days for your refund to be processed.  

Products & orders

All our payment options are provided on the footer of our website. There’s plenty to choose from so take your pick!

Sometimes these things happen! If you think you have ordered the wrong item or size send us an email at support@highonpowder.com and we will try our best to correct this for you. 

Our team are always working quickly to get your order out as soon as possible so if want to make a change please let as know as early as you can!

Here at High on Powder we are always trying to improve our product lines, so these are subject to change as we update our store. 

To make it simple we have a back in stock function on our ‘out of stock’ product pages that will allow you to be notified by email when the item you want is available.

Alternatively follow us on our Instagram and Facebook social media pages for regular updates on restocks and cool new products!  

You’ll be able to find size guides for all our items in the description on each product page. 

Throughout the year we advertise our discount codes on our Instagram and Facebook. If you don’t follow us already go check us out for some sweet, sweet offers and promotions.

These discounts are temporary so it may be that the latest offer has expired… keep your eye out for the next one!

If you have a valid discount code you can enter it at the checkout before entering your payment details. 

If you think something has gone wrong, drop us a line at support@highonpowder.com and we will get to the bottom of it! 

Washing instructions for our items are provided in the product description on our website and on the labels of the garments themselves.

Being High on Powder is a lifestyle choice, it refers to anyone and everyone who is a true snow sports fanatic. It is that feeling you get at the top of the highest peak about to smash some untracked off-piste snow. It is a state of mind that can only be achieved by living mountain life to the extreme. Once a powder addict, always a powder addict! 

We’re based in the UK, but we recognise that powder addicts reside all over the globe! So to reduce delivery times and cost for our international friends we stock some of our items in Mainland Europe, US and Australia as well as the UK.  

We are always on the look out for awesome artists, photographers and snow sports addicts to join the team!
